At KC Stark LLC, we are committed to providing valuable consulting and training services. Because our offerings involve dedicated time and preparation, all sales are final and non-refundable, except as noted below.
Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule a booked consultation or group session at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for refunds.
No-Refund Policy

Payments for services, consultations, or training sessions are non-refundable once booked.

Missed sessions or no-shows will not be refunded.
Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted in rare cases of error or double billing, subject to review by KC Stark LLC.
